Synopsis: Due to the unfortunate results of last issue’s experiment, the ‘Helium Races’ have been put on hold and the ‘Helium X’ chemicals have been stored away until further notice. Still, there are a few others who would certainly pay a lot to have them instead, even if they have to skirt past the law to get it…
