The Doctor studied his Sonic Screwdriver intensely. The medical function on his device was working and scanning the two women standing on either side of him: Sarah Jane Smith, a former companion of his, and Martha Jones, his current one.
Both companions' breasts had begun expanding at an alarming rate moments earlier. Now they were both bare-breasted and in serious distress.
'Oh dear' he said, a worried tone in his voice.
'What do you mean by that Doctor?' Martha asked.
'It seems that the TARDIS has taken on extra dimensions and is now expelling them into your bodies' was his reply.
'Which means?' asked Sarah Jane.
'It means' the Doctor replied 'That you two are about to get much bigger and not just in your... um... chests'.
Indeed, as he said that, both of their bodies began to grow bigger. The pair grew taller, tears beginning to open up at the seams of their trousers. An unexpectedly loud tearing noise alerted them to their feet as they grew larger and burst free from their shoes.
'I think it would be wise if we relocated' The Doctor whispered to K9.
'Affirmative' the robot dog said in response.
