The SSV Normandy is attacked and boarded by an unknown pirate vessel and Shepard's crew do their best to fight back. During the scuffle, however, one of the pirates managed to open the Normandy's airlock and sent Shepard, Tali, and Liara into the dark vacuum of space.
All three of them began to rapidly inflate from the gases trapped within their bodies. In a very short period of time, Shepard and his inflated crew had grown immensely and to the point where they were nearly unrecognizable... but they were still alive somehow.
"Commander! The Pirates are gone. I'm heading to your location now!"
Joker's voice was a welcome sound after all that had happened. Shepard lightly chuckled while holding his (now inhumanely massive) shaft.
"Trust me... we're hard to miss."
