During the second trial of Athena's third case, her opponent, Prosecutor Nayuta Sahdmadhi, has become incredibly annoyed at the defense attorney for seemingly making up excuses in order to prolong the trial, as well as his own witness Geiru Toneido, the balloon artist who hates her job, for failing to keep her composure under pressure. His annoyance gets to the point where he has truly given up on both of them and has decided to give them both the punishment he thinks they truly deserve.
He ponders which punishment would suit them well: Hell of Tickle, Hell of Hangnails, etc. He then gets an idea by the appearance of his own witness. Geiru is well acquainted with balloons and being the intelligent and observant person he is, he sees through her disguise and how her own bountiful chest balloons that she has been using to win over the judge are simply that: balloons, concealed under her outfit to appear more busty than she truly is. In fact, she is actually as flat as the bench in from of him.
Nayuta then puts these observations together and decides to make Geiru's appearance fit her disguise, plus more, while giving the same effects of Geiru onto Athena as well. He proceeds to throw the beads around his neck towards Athena, constricting her arms to her body and rendering her immobile. He then uses his power granted by the Holy Mother to begin chanting and submits the girls to his punishment, Hell of Helium.
As he is chanting, the balloon currently in Geiru's hand unties itself and enters into Geiru's mouth and starts deflating, pushing the air into her. As it does this, Geiru's breasts begin to expand underneath her disguised chest balloons and as she begins to fill up with intense pleasure her nipples stiffen to the point where the disguised balloons pop and are replaced by actual flesh. As she continues to grow, Athena, still constricted, is able to see what is going on. As she registers what exactly is happening to the witness, she then feels the same pressure in her chest as Geiru and begins to expand as well.
Her breasts begin to compress tightly against the beads as well as her arms, trapping her within her own fleshy mounds. Both girls' breasts appear to be unaffected by gravity, as both are confined within tight spaces, Athena by the beads and Geiru by her suspenders.
As both victims grow to the point where their stomachs are exposed, two newcomers enter rather forcefully into the courtroom. Two magicians, Bonny and Betty de Famme, are twins and are there to confront Nayuta who appears to have sentenced them to their own punishment as well. One appears to be extremely busty and the other very bottom heavy and both begin to demand him to change them back. Nayuta stubbornly ignores their commands as they begin to grow as well and after the twins experience the most intense orgasm they have ever felt, begin to pass out due to the pleasure. They appear to have given up, letting themselves succumb to their fate.
